It will take 14 years to diagnose, then wrong treatment then corona 2 years then another 2 years block because of office politics ( not getting leaves ) ... My life is destroyed .. being born super talented and thinker which i am not now , now i am dumb .. I also had to fights against narcissist environment .. Both kill my nervous system .... Delay of treatment and narcissist atmosphere and chain incidents finished me ... Last bullet came from soulmate ( i thought ) , injustice ... And when i am going towards death, i saw my close peoples .. like they wanted to fall me down ... I never thought people envy me so much, jealous people doesn't like those happy people who never out of smile even in bad situation .. So they want me to see in that situation ... Unfortunately ... I can't broke 100 bones my own people ... But some people will get punishment who either block or create problems in my treatment ... Ankylosing spondylitis is pain .. along with heart pain ... And now i lost my super brain and cool happy naive attitude ... Already spend near million rupees ... Even i had a good job .. but no money .. no time ... And might be had to lose job .... Just desease give everry opportunity to destroy you ...

Thank you for your videos! They haven been very helpful after I received my diagnoses. I've been 1 year in now of chronic pain. Been walking alot and focusing mainly on movement. Only recently did a surgeon confirm central sensitization. Since then I've been exploring mind body practices. The pain had reduce 50% in the last 6 months. I'm keen to see how the combination of mind body practices & exercises will help me. Im a 33 year old male. Its been a tough journey so far. Hoping to get back to my old self (but with better mind set and fitness)

Chronic pain, poorly understood and poorly treated took a real toll in my 50’s. In my 60’s and for 6 years now I am fighting back, now that I understand this pain affliction better. Walking, lose weight over time (slow and steady), to your ideal weight, dumbbells and body weight movement exercises, healthy food, drink water, and get good sleep. Get down to the floor and back up with no aids, often. It’s 10 X harder to do this with chronic pain but it is absolutely necessary.

I've been taking buprenorphine (Subutex) for 2 and a half years now, It has helped me immensely with my chronic pain. I was born with a genetic disorder and as a result of that disorder I have severe pain in my legs. I have taken other pain killers but none have worked nearly as well as buprenorphine, I am currently taking 9mg a day.

I had one on my legs and was told that it would be minor pain and no after effects. LIARS!!! It was HORRIBLY painful during the procedure and I have lingering pain and nerve fluttering (they said the test was normal, so this is not the response of neural disfunction). Had they been honest with me about the potential pain and after effects, I NEVER would have gone thru with it!!!

I went off Lyrica because I thought it was causing cognitive issues. I’m still on opioids in a low dose. I will go off them now, but I’m scared to take Lyrica as I have been experiencing cognitive issues especially since starting menopause. Will Lyrica damage my brain? Also, is there a depression medication that won’t cause weight gain or a natural solution to increase serotonin? Thank you for finally recognizing and offering solutions 🙏

At 72 I began feeling terrible pain in my toes, feet, ankles and knees. Every step was agony. Sleeping on my back, the weight of a sheet caused so much agony pressing on my toenails to waken me in near-tears. Soon after, I began feeling pain and numbness in my fingers, thumb, wrist and elbows. I was losing sensation in my fingers and hands. Saw a Rheumatologist, got Xrays of all affected joints. Dr. said I had osteoarthritis, normal wear/tear and nothing I can do to lessen or stop it. But he could give an RX. for meds. My D.O. suggested this was likely allergic inflammation - give up all meat, processed foods, sugar, salt, dairy, eggs, etc. and go to a plant based diet. I took her advice. Within 30 days all my debilitating, painful symptoms went away!!! And, I was scheduled for a Medicare paid cataract operation on my left eye. It took a year, but my cataract disappeared. - If I "cheat", I will feel pain in my joints within 6-12 hours after cheating. 2 forkfuls of turkey thigh caused pain in my knees for over 3 days! I can eat fish/seafood and angus beef. - I think my osteo-allergy might be related to all the chemicals injected into animals to speed maturity/fatten them for slaughter/etc. And all the chemicals used by farmers on their crops and the big food companies’ processed foods. - The cancer causing chemical in Roundup is being sprayed onto corn and grains to make it easier for farmers to harvest crops with the big combines. I can add to the story. I met a waitress in Sulphur Springs, TX whose large intestine ruptured, also destroying her gall bladder. Somehow she was saved at the local hospital. When she heard my story, she told me hers. She has to eat only meat and vegetables grown from the farm of her family where no additives are used on the foods she eats. Two days later we were in Vicksburg, MS and I was talking with an 18 year old waitress who suddenly had her gall bladder "explode" (her description). She also was directed to avoid processed foods and meats from feedlots. If she is "careful", she will not feel continuing illness. - Is the poisoning of Americans like us being caused by the food industry and the additives that have international markets denying USA meats and processed foods from almost all global "banned" food lists??!!!!

For me it’s not my joints, exactly, that get pain for days after pasta. It’s typically things like my IT band or my rotator cuff muscles or my Achilles tendon. I went keto for 2 months with zero pain. The second I stopped pain came back. To continue to eat it I’m reminded of the definition of insanity…
